(a) A Public Elementary School shall mean a school where Elementary education is the principal part of the education given, and where a child is refused admittance on other than reasonable grounds.
(b.) Give the length, breadth and height of the room or rooms, with the extent of wall-space available for maps.
(c.) The Average Attendance is the total number of attendances marked in the roll within a certain period, divided by the number of days in school has been taught during the same period.
(d) Enclose a Copy.
(e) Enclose a specimen page.
(f) Forward a copy of each.
